Anderson Environmental & Engineering, Co. specializes in real estate and property transaction services to the local market.  Our policy is to keep our most experienced staff involved at every step of a project.  With more than 1,000 Phase I Environmental Site Assessments completed by our Principal, Jennifer Anderson, it would be difficult to find more experience locally.

In addition to Phase I Environmental Site Assessments, we commonly offer the following services:

• Transaction Screens
• Phase II Soil Boring and Groundwater Investigations
• Closure of Sites in the Illinois Environmental Protection Agency's Site Remediation and Leaking Underground Storage Tank programs.
