Permitting/Compliance Issues

We offer NPDES storm water and mining permitting as well as air permitting for a variety of clients, including sand and gravel quarries, asphalt plants, furniture manufacturers, and coating companies.   We can help you through the permitting process, and can also complete the annual emission reports required by the IEPA.  We frequently prepare storm water pollution prevention plans (SWPPP), SARA Tier II reporting, and RCRA Closure Plans. 

Anderson Environmental and Engineering Co. has experience in closing sites under the LUST program, as well as in the Site Remediation Program.  We have extensive experience conducting Phase II Soil and Groundwater Investigations for all types of properties—from vacant land to industrial complexes.  Our on-staff Professional Engineer is licensed in both Illinois and Wisconsin.
